Training Resources

Self-study courses are available for OnBase EDMS users through the UC Learning Center. Each one-hour course includes menus that allow you to jump to specific tasks, with unlimited access. Access requires login.

Available Courses

Unity Client - End User Essentials includes a tour of the desktop interface for OnBase Unity Client and covers document retrieval, importing, indexing, working with documents, and user options.

Web Client - End User Essentials includes a tour of the web-based interface for OnBase, covering document retrieval, importing & indexing, working with documents and user options.

Outlook Integration walks through the basic features and functionality of using Microsoft Outlook email for OnBase document download, edit and distribution.
