OnBase EDMS will be offered to UC San Diego groups and business units at no cost.

The onboarding process starts with business process optimization to examine and improve document-driven work processes. 

The optimization process can be greatly enhanced working with trained Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practitioners. There are many practitioners on campus who can work with you to remove redundant process steps and recommend improvements such as approval automations.

Groups that have optimized business processes may choose to hire consultants to work on document migration, development and integration with OnBase. We are happy to provide guidance and introductions to all of these resources. Contact the OnBase team at OnBase@ucsd.edu.
